Workshops for Women

As a leader in your organization, have you often witnessed women in their early-career or mid-career get the short end of the stick?

Do you find that early to mid-careerwomen colleagues do not articulate their need for support and quit their corporate jobs leading to increased attrition?

Our conversations with early – mid-career corporate women employees reveal that support for women, at the junior to mid-levels in many organizations isn’t what it should be.

A number of areas have emerged as hot issues – assertiveness, the courage to ask, interaction/networking with senior management, persuasive presentation skills
that can get them noticed, and the conviction to speak up when needed.

In addition, when they transition from their current job role to a new opportunity of their choice, they need additional support on identifying transferable skills, additional upskilling/training suggestions, profile building, and mentoring/coaching.

All programs are of 4 hours duration. For 2 programs – Women in transition and Trust your leadership, the 1-1 coaching can be made available as an additional option.

A cohort size of about 12 – 15 people is recommended for healthy interaction.
